We occasionally award a Certificate of Appreciation where we see something happening that we think is good for Mitcham. It's our way of saying Thank You. Our latest Certificate of Appreciation was awarded to Blythe & Co Chartered Accountants. 

We decided to make this award to thank Blythe & Co for uncovering the original tiles on the frontage of their shop during recent redecoration work. Many shops in Mitcham had such tiles, and you can still see evidence in some places. But Blythe & Co went the extra mile to uncover the green tiles on its frontage, so that we can get an idea of what the original frontage looked like. 

Mitcham Society member Joyce Bellamy presented the certificate on our behalf.
